We have quality ovens in service for over 30 years.  The key to their longevity is our construction design. Our powder coat ovens begin with a heavy duty 4" x 4" x1/4' angle frame around the door frame and entire oven perimeter.  This structure allows the oven to withstand many years of service at 500 degree F without the doors wilting or the panels becoming warped.

Our standard construction is of galvanized steel exterior and aluminized steel interior for our panels such that moisture control and rust prevention will not occur.

Our standard air circulation has air supply bottom ducts along both sides with adjustable dampers so that you have even heat throughout the entire oven without any "hot spots".. Air return is top center for uniform air flow.

We use UL LISTED gas fired or propane burners for gas heated applications.  This allows for easy recognition of conformance to local inspection and fire department approvals.

All control panels are built with UL LISTED componets including lights, switches, contactors and devices as required. In addition, we  can offer a digital control with comp;uter interface capability for record keeping productsof the oven performance if required.

Our ovens are shipped partially or fully assembled based upon wide load requirements. This can save many thousands of dollars in field assembly versus receiving an oven "knocked down" in addition to knowing that the entire oven is factory tested for operation and air flow.
